The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was so much nicer than expected and unreal value. The hotel location is bang in the middle of centre with easy links (monorail, grab taxi) to any tourist destinations. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly & the view of the petronas towers at nighttime from the pool deck was phenomenal.

The front desk team was efficient and welcoming, setting the tone for our entire visit. Marvin, in particular, stood out with his exceptional attention to detail and genuine warmth. He greeted us with a smile throughout the day, remembered our preferences, and made superb recommendations for dining and drinks. His dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable. Flora, equally impressive, demonstrated incredible friendliness and professionalism. Whether assisting with our room or offering assistance with our itinerary, she was always proactive and accommodating. Her ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them added a personalized touch that made our stay extra special. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the stunning pool with breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers to the well-equipped fitness center - nice workout was possible ;).
